Swissvax - worth it?

I'm taking delivery of a new car next month, and have been offered Swissvax treatment at £594. This seems like a lot of money for what you get. Any advice?

Thanks guys, a subject I know little to nothing about, but 600 quid for a wax treatment did seem a bit steep!
