Porsche Macan Diesel S OPC Deals

Thinking about going ahead and plopping for one.
Told next slot available around January 2017 time, and to put £3K deposit down to get my place on it.
However, I'm not getting any finance examples from the OPC as "they'll change by the time it's time to build."
Anyone here willing to say what sort of deals you guys have had? Thinking 10K miles a year, hoping to keep around 3-4 years. Sutton Coldfield and Solihull want £18K at £400 pcm over four years at 10.1% APR which is disgusting tbh.

Yeh, I'm trying to eek something out of the OPC.
Also looking at Halifax PCP deal, and see that they say...

Thanks for that. When you say at the time of purchase do you mean when I'm picking the car up or when it's time for the final confirmation of build? At present I've just put in three grand to have a slot.

I guess it is probably the fact that there is still a very big waiting list as people are putting down money for a deposit!
I was just talking about are used one to a Porsche Centre, and asked if they could at least try and match my Halifax offer. They might do that with a larger balloon payment at the end.
