Hello All

Have tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

Basically does anyone know if parking a car, (997 Turbo in this case) on a lateral Slope is bad for it? Ie the slope is from left to right/right to left. Could this cause issues with suspension/alignment etc, or any other issues?

My allocated parking space is on such a slope, hence why I'm asking. My alignment has suddenly gone off to the left (same side as the lateral slope), so wondering if it could have anything to do with it, or just coincidence. I am of course going to get an alignment done to fix this

Thanks
Jkay

Car gets used at least 3 times a week, and yes good point never thought of lubrication issues.

Could park car alternating ways round. Technically if it is a public road you should be in the direction of traffic for rear reflectors, but this is commonly ignored. Not sure what would happen if you see hit and tried to make an insurance claim, though.
Yep Ive started to alternate my parking direction, and its an underground indoor carpark so not an issue.

Phew, good old Porsche. Think of everything don't they, even parking on a slope
And thats why I got one. I'll just have to tell SWMBO that we can never change cars ever again as long as we have to park this slope smile
