macan S diesel versus cayenne diesel

We have a Jan 2012 cayenne 3.0 diesel...we already have a big SUV so looking for a change

any one gone from cayenne to a Macan..I know its smaller, couple hundred KG lighter means better performance and from a short visit to the OPC nothing to suggest less "luxury".

I can get a 2014 cayenne diesel S for £12.5k and my Cayenne .... 2 years newer (21k miles) sound ok ??

Don't want another large SUV ( have a RRS and just ordered another for sept)

The cayenne is slightly golf GTD like , so expect the Macan to be even better....


Thought about a Panamera but ideally want 5 seats and the silly lanky dog has to come along as well

No - took a stock car (well in the pipeline) long story but the RRS is kind of 'company car' so costs are fixed (for me) regardless of deprecation, and swap out every 6 to 8 months.
