I must not react to the coffee bean!
I must not react to the coffee bean!
I must not react to the coffee bean!

So this morning on the A34, overtaking the traffic in the outside lane, purple jaguar xf just pulls out in front of me, no signals causing an abrupt slowdown. As I pass he does the coffee bean handshake at me, then he starts ranting at me.

So I pull of the next junction and on cue he follows, he opens his window and carries on shouting, f'ing, etc, etc.

What is it about Porsches that upset people so much?

Was a brand new 2.0t but he went mental like Vinnie Jones on speed. I am beginning to think I should put some in-car cameras in the 911 so I can post videos to youtube.

I got rid of my Cayman due to how other road users treated me, relentless coffee fisting, flashing lights and road rage.

Got an AMV8V next and the treatment was night and day better.
Really? Where have you been driving it? Pedestrianised streets or up one ways? smile I've got a couple of Caymans - one has Porsche written down the side (I nearly removed it at order) and the other has a conspicuous wing yet I've never had anything like this.

Test driving a 987 in 2014 an M3 driver courteously moved out of my way.

I've noticed other Porsche drivers don't wave back when I acknowledge them?

Are some of US the problem?
If that was me, I'm sorry. smile

I don't generally expect it and then it's too late if someone does.
