Approved Porsche two year warranty

Hi

I'm looking to buy a second hand Porsche this year. The model I'll be looking at will be about MY 2014 and so would actually only have about a years worth of warranty left on it if I bought privately or from non OPC dealer.

An OPC car will come with two year warranty and I'm trying to figure out if this advantage is worth paying the extra money of buying through an OPC given that the car will be more expensive and I have less to choose from.

Is the OPC used approved two year warranty a no questions asked affair? In other words is it just like the warranty you would get on a brand new car ie everything apart from consumables is covered?
