New boy saying hello
Discussion
Been checking out the various forums & you fellas seem much the more knowledgable & less up your own 4rses than all the rest so if its ok I'll throw in my lot with you.I live in North Yorkshire,I own an 03 996c4 cab & an 05 boxster s.Even though I'm not one i have come to enjoy the hairdresser jokes,& I am prepared to be ruthlessly cruel in the pursuit of laughs.
I'm looking forward to joining in & I'll get some pics in my profile asap.

[quote=c2dtg]I hope everyone is making you feel very welcome. Nice to see you driving a Porsche as it was designed to perform - through a hedge backwards.
Mine swapped ends on me one time. No damage thankfully although the dry cleaning bills were a little difficult to swallow.
Needless to say, I am a little more circumspect when giving the C2 a thrashing.[/quote
Thanks c2dtg.(is it wrong of me to be proud of that picture?) I've learnt my lesson but I still wont drive it as hard as I do the c4 until I've brushed up my mid engined rwd skills.

Welcome and hello - thats a 'strange' combination of cars? why and how did you end up with a 996 and a box?
I bought the boxster for the wife & the 996 was an incredible deal off my brother that was just too good to refuse. The way things have worked out,I get the 987 she gets the 996.
