964 TURBO 3.3 v 964 TURBO 3.6

Hi,
looking to purchase a 964 turbo or 964 turbo 2. I understand the main differences, not only engine, but the numbers produced. Also prices are double and more for the turbo 2. Is the 964 2 going to be the better investment for the future even though now it seems alot of money in comparison for a similar 964 1 version. It is very difficult to justify the additional money for the 964 2.
It would have very limited miles put on it over the years if i did purchase.
