I have a 2003 Tuscan.
My windscreen washer has decided not to pump any water to the windscreen. The wipers work fine, no sign of leakage. So I preume that the reservoir pump has given up the ghost or the electrical terminals are corroded. I have removed the main bonnet and the panel on the left front of the car, by the service bonnet stay and can see the top of the bottle, but how do you get to the pump?

Do you remove the pepperpot grill, does this give you better access to the washer bottle?

Cheers

I have now removed the service bonnet and undone the grill. But the 2 bolts that hold the water bottle in place are just going round and round!! I cannot manage to grab the end by the water bottle with a spanner as not much room. Any ideas how to remove the bolts?
Or any ideas what the problem might actually be?

I presume that it is those two bolts on the left of the water reservoir that hold it in place. These are the two bolts that are just turning. Trying to get a spanner behind them is virtually impossible for me!! Unless here is a trick that somebody knows?

Thanks Toady, that is what was confusing me!! Got the thing out now. The pump was making no noise at all. NRV is ok.
