Advice on brake calliper colour

Hi all
About to have Nitrons fitted and while works being done I am having the wheels refurb to shadow chrome and the brake callipers painted ,now i am in two minds about colour , should I go gloss black with polished lettering or red with the polished lettering ?? Black does tend to blend in the background and not stand out , I know at the end of the day it's personal preference but people's ideas please .

My baby came back today and looks the Mutts Nutts , well I think so
Set me back 2 new front Calipers after the old ones fell to bits whilst being taken off
