Tuscan or Tuscan S

Ok guys what are the plus points of a Tuscan S over a standard Tuscan apart from the extra power?

I have heard that the engines have better parts fitted is this true?

Looking to purchase a Mark 1,but some Mark1 Tuscan prices are very close to TuscanS prices so a little help/ guidance please.

Thanks everyone,do prefer the rear of the Tuscan S,but always loved the Tuscan shape the engines used to put me off them.But seeing as that's now sorted and I get one with the rebuild already done(by Tvr Power preferably), just need to drive a few more including an S,and find one in the right colour/interior.
Driven four now and put an offer in on one,but the sellers holding out for his FULL asking price.
