Anderson Connector

Morning Freinds and Neighbours,

Here's a quick one for you all. have any of you relocated the Anderson connector?
I am getting a bonnet flip conversion done, and thought I would also relocate the AC to somewhere under the bonnet?

Advice and piccys would be a boon!

I guess the question would be why the need to relocate it? Is it causing any issues in its current location?

No, not really, but its not really in the best of locations, and I did bear witness to the Tuscan that rpa.janwell refers to in his sticky thread about the same. They are known to set TVR's on fire, if they are past their best (mine was replaced last year by Str8six)
My thinking is that it would be safer to be in a location that is less exposed to the elements. I have seen one in a Chim that is routed from the battery to the front of the bonnet behind the red and fans, and did think to myself that it was a good solution.

Yes I have made mine into a flip bonnet and moved the connector to the inner wing on the same side as the battery. Made a bracket up and fitted a new connector and rubber cap. I ran the new cables in plastic conduit for extra protection.
