Hello,

Just a quick one, I am going to buy a lambda sensor tonight and a kind person on here is going to help me fix it. However, there are a number available. The car is a year 2000 Red Rose.
We have;
1. http://tvr-parts.com/tvr-parts/part-details/tvr-m1...
2. http://tvr-parts.com/tvr-parts/part-details/tvr-m1...
I hope it's not the £150 one although sods law says it will be.

Efi fault on the display that doesn't disappear when the car is driven long distances.

I wouldn't rely on that fault. I'd want to look at the voltages of the sensor switching via the mbe software and see how it behaves.

And if the voltage was low/ it wasn't switching properly then what would be the diagnosis?

If it makes any difference, the car runs absolutely spot on, even when I started it at -1 the other day.

The EFI warning occasionally disappears for about half a second when I lift off the throttle on the motorway.

I will, do you know what cable I need? On the other thread they were talking about Cerberas and so I'm unsure whether it's the same cable.

The revs don't fall as much as I expect them to either. Say if you blip the throttle, the revs don't shoot up then down again, they shoot up then hover and then come back down. Would this be linked?

I had a day off yesterday so I took a trip to Bespoke Performance.
It was the air flow sensor so they took it apart and did something. I was too busy sitting in different cars to watch!
£48 for half an hours work so I'm not complaining!
