My Tuscan is in storage and i have been informed that now the doors dont open, the boot does not open and the button on the remote seems not to work. The batteries of the remote have been changed, but still the car is not reacting when the button on the remote is pressed.

So when they opened the doors manually, the engine only starts by using the small chip. I never started the car that way, i just always pushed the button on the remote, but if you do that now, nothing happens.

My Tuscan is stored about 100 miles away from me, so I thought before i go there, it might be smart to check if someone here has a clue what the issue might be.

Thank you for you time

Hang on, so are you saying the doors don't/won't open? But also the the storage people have opened the doors? Confused.
Yep the doors don't open. But there is a secret way to open the doors anyway.
And yes, they had to move the car and that is why they had to open the doors etc.

Your battery is flat and that powers the immobiliser. You may find that using the anderson lead to connect a battery charger won't work, you will need to access the actual connections and charge that way.
Nope battery is not flat.

So would this than actually mean that when the remote has been resync'd, the boot will open and the doors will open as they should?

Things is that at the moment they open the secret way. So pressing outside or inside buttons and nothing happens.

I would be very much impressed if that would do the trick :-)

I thought this will costs me money... But is the resync will do it, those TVRs are way more reliable than my Audi
