Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I've a late 2003 mk1 and I've just discovered that although the indicators work the hazards don't.

Are they on separate fuses? If it's not a fuse what else could it be? I ask because I don't have a manual. I think the fuse box is under the steering column but haven't checked as I'm in work but it's MOT is booked for Saturday am.

Thank you.

MF

They are on a separate 15A fuse which also does the alarm indicator so it may be worth having a rummage under the dash. Also check that the indicator relay is pushed fully home as these can get accidentally kicked within the footwell.

Good luck with it.
Thank you for the diagram - I'll certainly be checking that first - but with my luck frown

hey...normally its a loose connector on the back of the hazard switch... bit of a bugger to do as you have to lift out the front display to get to it...hope that helps
Damn. Any idea where I even start with that? Any known pitfalls? I've just rung my local TVR garage and they can't see me for a while.

It appears from the diagram that the fuse for the Hazards is the same fuse for the 'Alarm Indicators'. All of my indicators work when I alarm the car upon leaving it parked which kinda points to the connection at the switch I suppose?

I can't actually get to the car until later or I'd confirm before asking.

Sorry chaps.
