White tuscan on eBay

I'm on the look out for a tuscan and was wondering if anyone recognised this tuscan.
The owner says that it's been in a barn for 10 years.

Do I keep away or has it got potential if it's a low price £8-10k?

Is it an s or standard tuscan? How can you tell?
Is there anyway to find previous damage repair if current owner doesn't know.

Yes I'm sure I've seen it in the past for sale.
A part of me would really like a project and to bring a tuscan back to its glory, obviously the concerns are there's something seriously wrong. Or I put money into an engine rebuilt etc and find it's resell value is nowhere near the money put in.

I recently saw a vcar up for sale at £20k and didn't mention any history.
Wouldn't £10k put this car in a very good state? Rebuilt engine with warranty, paint work tidied up and interior tidied up.
