Wipers stopped ... Mid wipe? Not the fuse....

So, the suns out... And nice shiney respray needed an outing. 5 mins and the wipers just stop right across the screen. My initial quick fix hopes of a blown fuse proved wrong. I have had that out and it is fine. I cannot move the wipers in any direction , so I am guessing that the motor has had it. Anyone else experienced this before I start looking at replacement options?
