Thanks Andy, that doesn't sound good! sure he'll spot this later and perhaps share his pain?
I've fitted Power Flex and have indeed had some issues fitting the kit. I used the Power Flex black series kit for the car and soon discovered there were issues.I've worked with the Powerflex development manager and have now ironed out all of the issues. They have modified the parts on my feed back so the bush kits should now be spot on. Paul at power flex has been extremely helpful, listened to my feedback and replaced everything that has had issues.
I believe the primary issue was that PowerFlex had previously worked with a TVR specialist who's name was similar to Heath Robinson. He by the looks of things made the claim "they're all different" and bodged the kits to fit. I don't like that approach, something has to be designed and engineered to fit and work. And the cars aren't all different they all use the same suspension components, hence you can go on TVR parts and order new parts....
If your ordering Powerflex your probably best to go direct so that you get the revised parts. The alternative is the polybush kit from TVR parts. It's a slightly lower shore rating but should be good to go, I have driven their demonstrator with this kit and that car is the best handling TVR I've ever been in.

Appreciate your feedback + glad your now all sorted, sounds like quite a journey, thanks for taking the time and not accepting the usual nonsense which seems to unfortunately surround the mark.
How does she drive / track now that the suspension is doing what it is supposed to with the bushes now just pivots and no longer such an "active" part as they where before? Have you found a happy balance.
Found mine in an unhappy condition whilst removing the Nitrons for a rebuild, but can now see a full refurb of everything inside the arches! Can see from your threads your way ahead of me there...

Yep, Powerflex'd alright. I met them at the NEC and they put me onto CAM who are near me. Frankly without CAM opening their stores up and comparing what was what I would have given up (not really bad just I'm a stress head)
Anyway its done and drives better. Matti has been texting me with his tales and seems like a similar experience, I had to add thrust washers front upper and rear lower, but apart from that all is cool. If you want to complain go to the NEC and see the Powerflex girls... they didn't understand and started smiling at me, it didn't matter then as I had forgotten everything...
