Oil/water temperature

Hi, since last 2 months I'm having issues adjusting the idle, seems that the more I drive mainly weekends on the following week I have to adjust the idle up again, "losing" 100 rpm per weekend. This weekend the water/oil temperature it's fluctuates 10 degrees in 3-4 seconds, let's say goes from 90 to 72 back to 90. This was stable before.
Oil and waters levels are ok. Any help?

Can you point me on the right direction to find the earth for the instruments/lights and on the driver side all the others I was able to find them.
