MAYDAY! Tuscan 4.0 Mk1 Voltage Sensor Help

I'm in Italy with my 2001 Tuscan - the voltage sensor is reporting zero volts, but with a multimeter I can verify 12v engine off and 13.5v engine on.

I have tools with me, but no idea where the voltage sensor is - I'm hoping it's a loose wire or something I can repair.

Any advice please?

Yep, that's the one.

Unfortunately my spinny dial stopped working yesterday - the push button has stopped accepting inputs. Feels like the switch inside it has failed - doesn't have a nice clicky feeling to it any more :-/
