Tuscan Radio Pod Re-Trim

Hi Guys,
The radio pod in my ‘01 Tuscan has suffered a bit of damage in the past (Looks like the headunit catching on the side and scuffing / tearing the leather).
So, I was thinking of having a go at re-trimming this myself, but the first question I have is – where can I get the leather / vinyl (and in a good colour match)?
Does anyone know the colour name of leather this is (the cream colour):
Would someone like D & C Trim be able to supply maybe an A3 sized piece of colour matched leather for me to attempt this myself?
Has anyone had any experiences of similar in the past?
