Ok, it turns out to be easy!

(Simply!) remove the engine floor pan (including bolts that hold the anti-roll bar in place - watch the anti-roll doesn't drop on your head!)
The oil drain on the accumulator is easy to find as it's at the bottom of the tank (be careful the screw is tapped into alloy and will strip really easily apparently)
locate the drain plug on the bottom of the engine(driver side mid way along engine block)

Drain the oil from the accumulator , drain it from the engine. 10 mins later, having replaced drain plugs (go very easy on the alloy!) refill the accumulator with about 4.5 litres, start the engine and let in warm up. Check the oil in the normal way (as soon as you have switched off) and then fill again to the right amount.

Apparently if you tip all 6 litres or so in at the start you may have overfilled!

The oil filter is a bit of nightmare to get to, involving removal of the air filter casing - too complicated to explain here, I'll try and add pics at some point!

The oil filter is quite small and apparently could be replaced with the larger Land Rover v8 cartridge to achieve better filtration!

..uuumm! Good Luck

Simon
