Constant EFI warning and diagnostic code; 0

I have a Tuscan Mk1 which hasn't been used since last year. When i came to use it the battery was dead and wouldn't charge. Have now replaced the battery.

On turning the ignition I get a diagnostic code: 0 And when the engine is running I get an EFI Warning stuck on. Cant check any of the sensor readings as it wont get past the EFI warning. Any ideas??

Thanks peeps. I booked it into TVR Power and they have found an oil pressure switch failure and the ECU needed resetting.
