MOT fail on inner arch - question is how much do we reckon this might cost to fix, its the front edge of the rear drivers side.

If its loads of money then whats a 220 turbo coupe in BRG metallic with full leather, aircon, CD player, on about 70,000 miles worth - laquer is peeling in places...

I had the arches welded for £60 per side and it now has a years ticket on it.

The car is BRG with charcoal leather, aircon, cd player etc.

Its actually my mums (70 next year and driving a 150mph sub 7 second 0-60 car) my dad it for her from bristol street rover brand new in 1994 and its done about 70,000 miles total. It has an uprated clutch and release arm/bearing and mechanically its very sound. She even has the sunroof bags in the boot still!

I honestly think this year will be the last year she will be driving due to the onset of dementia and the fact that her licence is due for renewal. We had the conversation about what to do with the car and now that its MOT'd I think another 12 months use and then sell it would be the plan.

What do you reckon these cars are worth?

to make it perfect I need to get the

Rear bumper and spoiler painted, plus a small section on the edge of the roof as well - this is in hand.

Rear window trim (rimmer bros have these!)

New chrome exhaust trim

Recliner knob for passenger seat.

All very do-able.
