Paper driving licences to be phased out 2015

Bugger! still have my paper licence, will now no doubt have to fork out for one of those doohicky plastic things that need renewing every 10 years

As the changes are to reduce red tape it would be ridiculous to force those of us with paper licences to have to apply for photo licences.

Yes your right its the paper counterpart to the photo-licence their on about.

Did notice from article below that you won't have to keep on declaring sorn every year, that was another pain in the bum with a good chance of DVLA giving you another penalty for failure to do so.
