Hi Guys,

I will be having the one piece vented and slotted discs landing in around 6 weeks.
I can offer you guys a group purchase if you are interested.
Group price buy will be £249 (for all parts) plus a tenner post, Normal Prices for discs will be £299.00 and the bolts and spacers another £25.00.
The spacers will be nicely water cut and in alloy (1 piece), do you guys think black anodised would be a nice touch?
Please be aware you need to have the six bolt calipers here.

or the later ones like Tuscan/Saggy etc..

I will also do something on the pads pricing if people want those too.

I can ship anywhere if you pay the extra, whatever the standard thickness is, is what they are.
I got a standard one copied but with a 330mm diameter.

Is there any reason you're not opting for a 2 piece set up? A number of suppliers offer the 330 x 28mm rotors to match the AP bells, I recently renewed mine for £245 for a pair

http://www.reyland.co.uk/discs/
So you have to have bells and buttons to mount them on?
Price up the one piece standard items!

Still around 4 weeks to go, we got shoved back as the numbers are low for mass production.
But there is plenty of them coming, send me a pm and I will put you in my 1st come file.

ETA they are grooved.

Cheers Paul

Hi Guys,

These will be ready mid December, been a long wait this one, but those rear discs we have had done are brilliant, mine have not worn at all, even with the RC8 pads, and these are full GT spec compound, very aggressive.

Are they all spoken for ?
I'll have a pair... presume they will fit Sag caliper ?
Yes, they fit ALL 5 stud TVR from Cerbera onwards, so Sag/T350/Tam/Tuscan etc.
I have quite a few sets available, so more than enough to go around.
They will fit the earlier 6 bolt Cerbera caliper, and the later CP6600 that is fitted to later Cerbs, and T chassis cars, AP recommend up to 330mm so why not!?

What about spacers?
Spacers are a seperate operation, but straightforward, i will get on that this week as i have an original spacer for the aquajet guys to copy, just needs to be 4mm.

it seems there are 291 & 306mm variants, it will be a 4mm spacer for two different types of caliper, as i would have to do 6 spacers to do one piece parts. (3x spacers for two types of caliper)

Hey Brummie, do you have a template for the one piece spacer for 330mm fronts? I've managed to lose both of mine whilst its been off the road and rebuilt. Cheers.
I have an original, which is what i will use to get the CAD drawing done.

A 291 disc to get to 330 will need a spacer 19.5mm, a 322 disc will need a spacer of 4mm. What actual disc size do you have?

Here are the 4mm spacers, the longer one is the earlier caliper.

I have purchased a 6 bolt CP5200, to replace my 4 bolt versions and I have the smallest discs Cerb's came with so I presume 291mm

What is the size of the spacer already fitted to a 322mm version?
You probably have 304mm discs, you need to confirm this.
In which case we need a 13mm spacer, i can source the material and have this cut as the CAD program is set up.
I will need to do this for the Tam, and Tuscans who upgrade anyway.

They are moulded excactly the same as the AP originals, but as a 330mm and with slots not drilled.

Cad drawing of the rear, but they will match this.

CP6600 here T-Chassis and late Cerb

Earllier 6 bolt here
