Ok the 997 has gone and my pocket is on fire !!
May have found one near by that's not done a lot of work in the last 10 years I've seen some pictures that a friend took when he viewed it (friend of a friends friend) just waiting to go and see it myself . Don't like the garage being empty and very untrustworthy with a pocket of cash - anything could happen.

It's been looked after with money spent on it.
I need to see it myself and weight up its cost against possible bills as you say they like being used.
If your at the Ace cafe on Wednesday ( I think its TVR &Lotus night) and you see a fella drooling with his trouser pocket smouldering gently say hello !

Have you been scorched 3times?
A friend of mine has had a look with his buddy both in the motor trade one a body specialist and the other and engine specialist. The engine guy knows the guy that's selling it. I'm also a mechanic and now in the body side of things so we should be ok between us. If it's good I can't see the harm in buying instead of trolling round seeing different ones that's what women do when shopping and you end up with first one anyway!!!!!!! (At least my does anyway)

I went to the Ace cafe Wednesday 5 cerbs all different colours. Great sounding speed six flip paint. My favourite was the last one to arrive a 52 reg in metallic grey. Nice interior sounded good. The supercharged one was nice piece of engineering. There was a red V8 old series one (apologies for not knowing exactly ) really nice and clean.
Well I got to see the Cerbera in the flesh this afternoon. It needs a little attention, n/s door button opens the window but not the door, opens from inside ok, o/s headlamp reflector is corroded, windscreen is milky on the o/s lower corner. A little bit of paint . Seems solid engine sounds ok exhaust is epic!
Is it me or is it really like driving whilst staring out of a letter box!!
Hope to collect it shortly no mot oil and fluid change check around it and attempt the mot test
