What Miles are people getting out of their clutch? 5k 10k 15k ?

My clutch has done roughly 5 to 6k. As per the invoices.

The clutch is heavy, the biting point is high but there is no slipping?

Car was driven, then gear put into 4th and foot went down but no slipping what so ever......

Confused.com....!?!? It is what it is? Or is it time for a new clutch already???

I gues I will need to see how it goes in the next few weeks. The car has only done roughly 1000 miles since 2009 so could this be a reason why it's heavy!!!

Saying that when I bought my Tuscan 2 years ago the clutch was really stiff and that had been a garage queen...

Might need to get back to the gym!

no issues with gear change on my car, just a bloody stiff(when pressed), springy clutch coming back up!!!

high biting point, but no slipping!!!

I will get a few hundred miles on her once I get her back from the MOT and then see how she is feeling. also will get her serviced (12k service & valve clearance) by Wilton Morgan specialists in Berkshire..

After all she has been sat in Monaco for 5 years with very little mileage(1,000 miles) before going to Milan.
