Changing the fuel filter earlier, whenever I touched the exhaust and chassis together I swear I was getting a mild shock/current pass through me. Tried different body parts and got the same results.. Bad earth or a live touching something it should't?!

Are you sure?! You feel 9v on the tongue ok.. It was definitely the sensation of a gentle shock.. Using arms/hands and forehead, always the same.
