My Spiders are predictably getting bent by local potholes. Searched long and hard for replacements - very difficult in relation to staggered size and high offset for rears. Making the investment, they have to be good quality and have great aesthetics. Aware of Speed 12 wheels but not a fan of the 12 spokes - wouldn't rule them out altogether.
Have narrowed it down to TSW rotary forged Bathurst, dropping a size to 17 inches. Gunmetal would go well with Imperial Blue, I think.

Any advice in relation to fitment would be appreciated. Or anyone with relevant experience of fitting aftermarket wheels. I have been advised that I need to think of all the movements a wheel can make, not just the static clearances.

Current set-up:
Spiders front 8.5 x 18 et 42 with 225/35 tyres
Spiders rear 8.5 x 18 et ?33 with 255/35 tyres.

Proposed set-up:
TSW front 8 x 17 et40 with 235/40 tyres
TSW rear 9 x 17 et40 with 255/40 tyres

Not worried about matched set of tyres.
Rears - same distance from arch but inner edge of wheel is about 1.3 cm closeer to strut.

Cheers!

Yes Bola B7 looks v similar the Spider but widths are not ideal at 8.5 and 9.5 inches. The Bola website led me to the CSR wheel - good looking, good value and should be compatible in an 18inch, but for some reason lkperformance website is listing as non-compatible for a Cerbera.

Really stunning, the colour blends so well with the body. The latest version seems to have an inset on one spoke saying 'performance line' - so design not so pure. I guess these are 18's. Can only find them new from USA - top speed pro 1 performance. 40 offset on rear.

Thanks Nils

Kind of caught between these and the 17inch TSW's. The latter are a bit cheaper but I would have to get new tyres.
Will post again (may be some time) when new alloys fitted.

Cheers

Went for the rotary forged TSW Bathurst in the end.
Front 17x8 et40 with Yokohama S-Drive AS01 235/40.
Rear 17x9 et40 with Goodyear Eagle F1 255/40.
Pleased with improved handling and grip, still to go for full geo given that I had a steering uj replaced at the same time.

The inner aspect of the wheel is 13.4mm closer to the strut and the outer edge 0.6mm further into the arch, due to the increased offset and as referenced in here
http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=255&amp...

I believe but can't confirm as tyres came fitted, that the weights are
7.5kg front
and
8.4kg rear
Which is a bonus.

Cheers

Easily done and wheels can be measured by negative or positive offset which increases the confusion.
