Who has the highest miles Cerb?
Discussion
Just curious really.
I have a P reg 4.2 on 74k miles. Had it's 12k service by Jason last summer and was given clean bill of health, but the clearances will become a worry. Chassis is strong but has had a bit of welding in the past so at some point that will need a total overhaul, original paintwork is OK but not perfect and the interior needs a refurb.
At some point all of this is going to need to be done and I find myself thinking about what I would do with the engine. If it has a rebuild, do I keep it as a 4.2 and if it is rebuilt I assume the engine does not go back to 0.
I think it is the highest mileage Cerb out there. Am I wrong?

Hi, still got it, mileage is about 170k now (it's outside and it too cosy n here to go and look.....). Engine has not been rebuilt, there was a new cam chain fitted at around 100k.
Amazing work! Mine also lives outside mostly and gets used all the time. It doesn't like not being used regularly. Edited by Outl4w on Tuesday 17th January 10:09
