The bolas are much stronger than the chocolate spiders which are renouned for buckling. I've been waiting for the bola supplier to come back to me with the correct off sets for th Tamora 33/40mm etc which they haven't But they're a little off and as mentioned in a previous post with the bola configuration....as mentioned they aren't specifically a replacement just a stronger similar wheel to the poor quality spider...hey ho the search continues...... Thanks for all the input guys even though I have a Tamora my absolute all time favourite TVR is the Cerbera...its just not a convertible grumpy

These were the wheels I referred to in the other thread.

Are you going 8-inch wide at the front? If you're going 8.5 then a tweak to the offset would be needed no?

225/40/18 or 205/50/16 all round on my Tamora.
Already on 225/40 R1Rs I raised the front suspension initially then refabed the F/R inner aches... the rears because I was running 255/35 R1Rs thendropped the suspension on the front back down t factory ride heights and got TvR in Clitheroe to do the geo. now there's no rubbing and the car is handle as spec.
