Scratch the spiders

I don't do it often, but have kerbed the front 18" spiders a few times (in my quest to park as close to the kerb as possible)

Can the alloys be restored and what is the approximate cost - dealer or independent?

Thanks for the replies. Curious to know whether it's a quick (while you wait service) or whether I've to drive around in alternative alloys for days whilst the spiders are being refurbed?
