How much to change the colour?
Discussion
My current cerbera is burgandy wine which I don't like.
As I doubt I could sell the car and get a better one without spending a lot of cash I have sort of come to the conclusion that I should keep it and change the things I don't like about it. the colour is a long way up the list.
Any ideas how much it would cost to get it nice and black ?

There's plenty of choice if your patient - it took me about five months to find the combination I liked. The fact that it was a 4.5 aswell was a bonus.
ah yes I know but hate is a strong word, more dislike and I'd rather it was a different colour than I cannot live with it. I bought this car because I know it very well from new (it was a friends car) and history is important so that played a big part. Also the fact that he needed to do a deal in a real hurry so I got it for a very good price (very good ).
The idea was that if I liked the Cerbera thing I would trade it in for a newer one after a year or so. I may still do that but I think that if I do I'll have to stump up another 10-12K to see any improvement over what I have, and then I'll have the history to worry about, still want to upgrade the dampers etc, etc.
This is just playing with numbers, I might decide I can live with it, after all I don't look at the outside much and the inside is biscuit leather which is fine.
I have followed mikes thread on respray, however he was not changing the colour.
Comments etc? Please fire away.
