What size tyres should be on the 18's?

I picked up a mint set of anthracites and they appear to have 255's all round. There is a bit of rubbing on full lock, so I'm assuming they should be 235's front? Looks good though...

Are they all 'front' spiders. I assume not. So you may well have the wrong wheels for the back and the wrong tyres from the front. Although some cerbs can get away with rear spiders.
To be honest Im not sure, they were off a saggy? I just got them thrown on, only realised a day after they were too wide on the front

then they are not a set of four fronts. You may have issues at the rear as well as the front.
With rubbing?

Few other things:-
You want 255 35 18 on rear and 225 35 18 on the front. You can get away with 40s sometimes or even 235 35 on the front.
You will need stop locks on the front to stop the inside edge of the wheel rubbing on the wishbones. These are chamfered (sp?) edged plastic things that go on the steering rack to limit the turning circle slightly.
SP automotive to get the locks? Thanks mate

You'd best check all of the wheel widths and offsets before deciding which way round to put them on your car and which tyres, wheel spacers and stop locks to buy.
YOU just need to put those wheels stamped 'front' at the front. You will need the right tyres (per earlier post) and you will need stop locks.
On the rear you will either need a set of 'fronts' OR you might be lucky and get the rears to fit or you might need to grind or possibly you will need to find some 'fronts'.
If struggling I seem to remember that Dom has just ordered 200 spiders.
Whos Dom? I think I need 2 fronts in anthracite :/

Bugger.
