Stainless wheel nuts, although all the nuts were replaced at the last service as well as the studs

before

After

Also replaced the allen bolts for the windscreen panel with some knurled thumb screws, didn't like the look of the steve heath ones so sounds some others online, stainless steel of course

Also replaced most of the F1 panel allen bolts and cup washers,

Before

After

Also went went to replace the dash bulbs, i had already ordered some from the threads on here, but when i come to the speedo, and rev counter i have different push in bulbs, so going to order some more, put one in the temp/oil gauge and am happy with the blue, had nice blue in my ZT which i used to like.

Also adjusted my exhaust to get it centred in the cut out better, glued my carpet back in having pulled some up to find my leak, with was the door seal again in the end, even having replaced it and sealed it, sorted with more sealer, and one nice dry cerbera, and its been well tested over the last few days.

Link for the thumb screws top, they do both 316 and 303 grade stainless, but this is reflected in the price too, you have to register on the site to view the prices but the ones i brought are 303 grade stainless and where £9.98 each, i also got some nylon washers off of ebay so that they don't sit directly on the panels.

I'm keeping hold of the nuts as they fit my jeep and the nuts are looking crappy on that.

the knurled thumb screws were about £9 each, they were stupidly priced for what they are especailly as i made one at work to replace a lost one in less that half hour.

How many do you want and i'll make you some for the cost of the material and postage as i need to make some spares any way but will be cheaper than £9 as labour is free, make them at work, just the material to get.

They are M6 if i remember correctly.

I can't remember the bulbs i got in the end. I brought the ones that were posted on here. the only difference was that my speedo being the digital type was different.

I think this was the speedo bulb, although not sure what one it was,

They are m6 . Length wise mine are about 25mm but could always get longer ones and cut them to suit.

The carpet tacking looking thing may have been the inside of the seal. It has a metal u shape to it which once pushed onto the lip of the shell grips it.

If pulling the seals of and reusing the whole seal needs to have this metal bit closed back up.

The knurled thumb screws hold down the scuttle panel. One either side. Make removing it quicker as there is no need for tools.
