A superficial look at the classifieds shows there are 70 x 458 coupes currently available after just 3 years of production. Only 57 x F430 coupes currently available after a longer 5 year production run.

Are people simply hanging on to their 430s or is there an oversupply of the 458 I wonder?

Perhaps there are even more than 70 pre-owned 458s available if dealers are prevented by Ferrari from advertising more than a couple?

Anyone know how old a model needs to be before it escapes this advertising restriction?

Just bought a 458 , I'd love to see where they're been given away!. Most have dropped 20% in the last 3 years. Which isn't bad at all by super car standards.
