Been pondering is it worth keeping cars you just don't drive?

I appreciate them as art and love the styling but if your not driving them is there any point, I mean for the normal ethuisast not the extremely wealthy or super rich.

I own 3 cars but don't really use any ...and with new child and 4 others don't really have time to enjoy as enjoyment is more kid focused .... ever since I was a child had a dream of owning a Lamborghini and since had 3, but feel maybe my time is now or should I keep the cars anyone else been through this who can give pros and cons and if you did get rid ..do you feel it was the right or wrong and for what reasons

Hi mark

Not a dig, but do you need the money?, if you sold any, what would you do with the money?
If you have a variety of cars, you can choose what to drive and when

Can't imagine the lambo will be depreciating much, if at all?

Just keep them, treat them as works of art, bit like an expensive painting, only you can use a car!
Hi Will
I don't need to sell or need the money for anything specific, I look and think the money could be in a better place earning me money and as I have no regular driving enjoyment I keep thinking it may be time to sell. The road's are not as fun as they used to be.... frown

Carspath, I am really pleased you continued with your Roadster purchase perfect colour choice smile you made a really good point about replacing the car as there isn't anything out there of the bright colour range without a dubious past to say the least. I was approached by Tom Hartley's last season to buy it back as they had a buyer looking but I pulled out and when spoke I said also that I wasn't too sure if I would even sell as I didn't want to mess you around in case I got cold feet... it's a tough decision which was why I was asking on here to see if some have done this move, and did you get out of cars for a while or was you itching to get back in as soon as it was gone... (I suspect this will be the case, missing it when it's gone) If you have done this move, did you try to buy the same car/brand back or did you upgrade/downgrade.
