Replacement alarm fob

These people will get my PIN from my ECU and also provide me with a replacement alarm for $NZ 420 (about 415GBP). I'd rather not send my ECU to New Zealand so I wondered if anyone can do the same in the UK?
I understand that it would be well over £1500 to have the same done at a Ferrari main dealer?
I only have one key/fob and I don't know my PIN.
