SICOM UK Contact?
Discussion
Thanks all. I have dealt with Wolfgang in the past and did not have an issue - in fact Foxx were quite responsive, but the two reviews in http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/technical-q/50297... have lead me to investigate an alternative.

mwstewart - assume you are looking at having ceramics refurbed or are you looking to replace ? if replace then Movit seem to be the no1 choice if you are going to use the car on track, same money as std but genuinely last forever I am told.
Thank you. I’m not heavily tracking the car so don’t want the unsprung weight penalty of full CCR.I've made the decision to avoid SICOM and use a new set of discs from an alternative car. I will report back on progress.

Perhaps try to see if someone could fit 997 GT3 sized Surface Transforms rotors to the existing bells and whether that might work. ST make (or used to make) the movit rotors but you can get them here for a lot less and the 7GT3 ST rotors are pretty much the same size as you are going to need (390/380). JZM seem to think the ST rotors are very very long lasting even under track use.
Or given it's the same GM/Corvette CCM rotor that might be an easier one to get done and doubtless a lot less than what Ferrari would charge.
Thanks. I'm going for Corvette ZR1 discs. I've found them for just over £1k each which is amazing for a brand new Brembo disc. Import and tax on top but both still come in less than Ferrari charge for one! Or given it's the same GM/Corvette CCM rotor that might be an easier one to get done and doubtless a lot less than what Ferrari would charge.

They are 394mm compared to 398mm original, but the loss of 2mm per side is not going to make a difference.

Hi guys, just checking in.
There is no alternative to what SICOM were offering. The product was phenomenal and could have been the game changer that people were looking for but the operations side of things just fell flat. I am sure they will be up and running again. I'll also add that it wasn't entirely Wolfgang's fault (though the language barrier and his slowness didn't exactly help) but more to do with operations in Slovenia (MS Productions; SICOM's umbrella company).
