Last of the Year! PH South East Gathering - 12/09/12

That's right! It's quite possibly the last one of the year before the weather turns! October's an unknown right now but September will certainly happen! Same drill as before!

It's a really lovely venue, great outside seating on warm summer evenings, lovely feel inside as well! & very child friendly also for those with little one's.

You'll be pleased to know there is a petrol station next door as well! & some great roads all close by! & quick to get to as it's directly on the A22 south of the M25, so Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hants even Berkshire PH'ers have no excuse as I'd say it's even easier to get to then the Iconic Ace Cafe meetings!

As & when to be honest...Some stay until the bar closes, others head off when the sun's gone. Or when the streetlights come on! I'd aim to be there as early as possible, grab a bit to eat then enjoy the cars that roll in over the next hr or two

Hope everyone got home ok & had a safe journey home...That rain became silly! Fortunately it was at the very end of the night when most had left, or JUST left!

Thank you again to all that came! It was brilliant fun to see old/new faces & what a stunning array of cars, the best yet! To have a Diablo, F40, R8, 355, Testarossa, NSX, XKR-S, GT3RS, AM DBS, AM V8V, 3-4 Lotus Espirits! A few Tiv's! Caterhams! With SO much more, & ALL sorts & everything in between...The mix of cars is what MAKES an event like this, & ultimately what PH'ers love about PH.

Suffice to say tonight will be the last of the year! It has to be said that the past 4/5 months have shown that there's a huge bunch of us out there & this has proven to be a great gathering with a collection of hardcore regulars but never always the same set of cars every time round...& thats the beauty of PH & it's members...Now although it's the end of the evening gatherings, it has to be said that it's ending on a high.

March will be when the evening meets next start up!

However...I may run 1-2 similar style gatherings on a weekend morning/afternoon in the coming months so it's not all doom & gloom until next spring. Stay tuned

Meantime, let's see some more photos. I didn't take a single one!
