Just had a planning meeting with all the organisers of PF07, the track session tickets will now be available ON SITE ONLY. They will be available at the PH site office (shonky motorhome waving a PH flag) from Saturday mid afternoon.

Also, the actual event tickets are selling very well so i'd encourage you all to book up sooner rather than later as we have a limit on the amount of tickets we can sell.

I'm looking forward to it already, forgetting that it's still weeks away!

G

Hi mate- you thinking of taking the Matiz?

Noise regs are usual MSV rules of 105db, track time likely to be 30-40 mins, run in sessions between 10.00 and 13.00. Pricing is an issue and has been a hot topic at todays meeting. Costs have risen slightly though Simon and I have managed to secure at £45. It's more than I initially thought but offers the best possible price we could get- still sounds cheap enough to me.

I'll find out how many cars are on track at once- must have been looking out of the window then as I didn't make a note of that!

So we can't book track time in advance?

Unfortunately not, you'll only be able to buy your track session on site.

Quick query re tickets - when you say they're selling well, do you mean the admittance tickets to the event/weekend, or the track time tickets? Looking like end of March before i'll be able to get them... What are the chances do you think? Neeeeeeeeed to introduce Mrs BT to the wonder that is PF

Ta, Tony

Hi Tony

The event entry tickets are selling faster than usual- still a fair pile left but we are getting a lot of new orders in daily. Probably best to not wait any longer than you need to.

Off topic, what Matiz? I love those things, they are a right laugh, and the three cylinder engine is a hoot. You would not believe how many of those I have sold over the years, like shelling peas hehe

This one........

FYI - track sessions will be 30 minutes and there are 4 sessions in total with 32 cars per session. So that's a total of 128 cars/sessions - you can obviously book more than 1 session if you want to.

Also to clarify, track session tickets are ONLY available at the circuit on a 1st come 1st served basis.

Thanks Simon. I'll start flogging the sessions at 13.00 on Saturday from our RV (dormobile) cash and cheques only i'm afraid (unless I can blag a PDQ!)

You can also sign up to the PF games here too. Other highlights will include being as loud as we can when Ted is in bed after his stint on the track, bartering with Sue over PH T shirts and watching me try and empty the vans toilet tank after 20 blokes have been in there drinking beer all day......

Can't wait

Um a quick question, are the tickets for PF different to the entry tickets to the actual race meeting, I have been to the 2CV 24Hr race a lot and know that it is possible to buy on the gate. If we want to get into the PH 'enclosure' do we need special tickets? Many thanks.

My understanding is that the PF ticket admits you to PF and gives you a camping pitch, and also includes entry to the actual race meeting.

The tickets that admit you to the race meeting just admit you to the race meeting.

Race ticket means:

No games, no PH beer tent, no footy, no Mighty Goodfellaz, no tracktime, no RV racing, no camping.......
