I've started seeing EGT's between 6 and 700 recently (up from 4-500) and AFR's around 13 on normal driving, even on the motorway (up from 11-12)
I usually fill with 99RON fuel but was on empty and had to fill with 97.
Could this be the cause?

11-12 AFR's on cruise on the motorway is mega rich. I'd have been more concerned about that than them being in the 13's now

At least now they're heading into more sensible territory, just a little more to go.

The very rich AFR's probably accounted for the cooler EGT's too.
What are sensible EGT's on normal driving? Or is it really engine dependent?

What engine/ems?

Unlikely to be that much difference from the fuel in terms of Stoichometry.

More likely to be "Over enthusiastic" air or coolant temp corrections at the moment, what with all the hot weather we've been having.
