2007 Audi A4 engine vibrations

I recently had a new turbo and oil pump fitted to my 2007 Audi A4 2.0 Tdi, when i had the car back from the garage it just did not sound right it was deeper than before and I had noticed there was vibrations from the gear lever, steering wheel and pedals.
The car went back in and i was informed that it was possibly the engine mount so they replaced it and surprise it did not makes any difference. The car was in the garage for ages, I now have the car back and its waiting to back in the same garage as the tech has run out of ideas but insist that they have a new tech from Audi/vw starting and they want the car back for when he starts.
Im in that situation that if i take it somewhere else it may cost a small fortune then I have to try and get the money back if proved to them making mistakes.
