Help with problem on mercedes c class cdi200

My c class cdi 200 diesel auto, year 2005, from pulling away sometimes stutters, like tiny buny hoping feeling like its misfiring when trying to accelerate and i have been told its the torque adjuster .Is this the case what it is? and if so how do i sort it? as its been gong on for sometime and is uncomfortable when trying to pull away with the blip or stutter until i have gone up the gears.It does it more after it has warmed up i think.
Can any one give me some idea on what to do or what it would cost to correct the issue

i have no leaks on that, and gear box oil has been changed every 100000

how much is it likeley to cost for a torque convertor fitted does any one have any idea please

Thanks mate for the good news, i had the car from new and always kept up with services when they came about.I put it down to crappy mechanics and garages in my area and probably should have stuck with mercedes for servicing.Just can not get a decent mechanic in the area who does jobs properly.
