Engine builder to time up cams , Potters Bar, Herts

I know a chap struggling with an engine build in Potters Bar, Herts. Does anyone know someone competent around that area who could time up a pair of cams (Verniers, double OHC 4 pot, overhead shim and bucket arrangement) for him?
