1.7 cdti won't t start astra

Hi iv got a 05 astra 1.7cdti eco tec to be fair it's been sat on my drive for a year never been on the road but I did start it every month it's been a hel of a engine never battered a eye lid I usually leave it half hour just ticking over last time it was ticking over say 15 min and just stopped dead and won't start it won't even fire one bit will turn over fine iv changed the filter in the housing it was only quarter full after I put new filter in it filled back up iv even put more deasel in just in case but nothing won't fire any ideas ...
