In particular watch out for the unmarked silver BMW 3 series and blue Skoda Octavia RS on the M3 between Basvegas and Southampton! Never been stopped but see them regularly with their victims on the hard shoulder!

I think they have similar cars on the M27 and A3 too.


That's an interesting article Chewie, according to the statistics 27% of fatal accidents involved speed as a contributory factor. Begs the question, what about the other 73%?
