Shock top mounts. Monaro. Poly or rubber.

I'm told monaro top mounts fit the omega.

So, as my omega top mounts are showing a gap between the big washer and metalwork in the engine bay, can monaro owners tell me if the poly ones firm the ride more than rubber? Hoping not as mines lowered and in 18,s so I don't want to go any firmer.

Any recommendations on suppliers ? Either rubber or poly. Need the bearings as well.

Monaro appears the same as commodore too, going by the listings.


Any word on ride quality?
