As above, can they be changed just by taking out the manifold header bolts, is there enough play to move the header away and fit new gaskets all from under the bonnet?

Yes Neil, its blowing very slightly on left bank, noticed some water spitting out on cold start up, when warm it runs fine, but when cold you can hear and see it spitting out in between the back two left outlets.

Cheers araf, I did have a look and it looks an easy job to do, was wondering if the manifold came away from the head to easily pop new one in.

Yeah there's load of space once the bolts are out. There are no brackets to the block or anything so once the manifolds loose they are at the mercy of the cats and exhaust system. Ive had my manifolds off and passenger side took 20 minutes from running to up on axle stand and manifold on the floor !
